Terms and conditions of the online store "Pasek Furniture".
§ 1 General provisions
These terms and conditions set out the rules of operation of the Online Store "Pasek Furniture" conducted
by Pasek Furniture Bartosz Pasek, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" with its registered seat in Kamionki 62-023, Poznańska 88 Street, NIP: 7831897611.

3.All terms and concepts used in the Regulations have the following meanings:
- "CONDITIONS"-the present Regulations;
- "CUSTOMER"-a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality, but
with legal capacity, placing an Order in the Online Store; - "CUSTOMER WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS" - an individual who acts within the scope of his
business activities, but with no connection to its professional nature, as well as to its headquarters or
place of delivery in Poland; - "CONSUMER"- a customer who is a natural person, using the Store for private purposes;
- "PRODUCT"- a movable item available in the Online Store, subject to a Sales Contract;
- "AGREEMENT FOR SALE (AGREEMENT)"-a contract for the sale of goods under the Civil Code.

4 The purpose of the Store is to sell products presented on its website and

5 Sales are made online between the Buyer and the Seller. Any customer making a purchase
in the Store is obliged to familiarize himself with the content of these Regulations.
§ 2 Ordering conditions and warranty
- Placing Orders in the Store does not require registration or login. The customer must fill in
online form, providing the necessary data to identify him and to start the implementation of the
Agreement (name, email address, phone number, optional delivery address). By submitting
Order, the customer agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of processing
orders. To receive the product, the customer must provide his address information. - Delivery time of the Order depends on the type of product and can be up to 8 weeks.
- The product warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty does not cover:
defects caused by misuse of the product,
(b) defects caused by the use of furniture contrary to the rules of use, maintenance and
cleaning and as a result of improper storage,
(c) mechanical damage,
(d) damage resulting from exposure to high and low temperatures on the product (e.g.

(e) normal wear and tear (e.g. surface abrasion), and natural ageing of the furniture,
(f) damage caused by improper positioning of the product, e.g. directly at the
radiator, fireplace,
(g) damage caused by using the furniture in a humidity range below 40%
or above 70%
(h) damage resulting from using the furniture in the temperature below 10 °C,
(i) changes in coloration, cracks formed during use resulting from natural
material properties,
(j) changes (discoloration, deformation) caused by exposure of the wood coating to prolonged
exposure to sunlight or water.

§ 3 Product price and payment methods
- The prices of the products listed next to each product are valid at the time the Customer places the Order and include VAT.
- Delivery costs outside the EU are determined before the Order is processed.
- The accepted payment methods for the Products are:
- traditional bank transfer;
- electronic payments via przelewy24.
- Completion of the Order begins after payment by the Customer.
§ 4 Claims and complaints
- The store undertakes to deliver the Goods without defects and perform the services in accordance with the concluded Agreement. W

§ 5 Right to withdraw from the contract

§ 6 Personal data protection
- The provisions concerning the protection of Customers' personal data by the Seller can be found in the

§ 7 Final provisions
- Each customer is issued a VAT invoice or other billing document in accordance with the
tax regulations. The VAT invoice is delivered electronically to the email address provided
by the Customer or traditionally with the delivery of the goods. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions also implies agreement

residence. - The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions by announcing the changes on the website

Orders placed before the effective date of the changes will be processed on the basis of the
applicable Regulations.
